Mission and History
The Saratoga County Capital Resource Corporation was created by the Saratoga County Board of Supervisors and certified by the New York State Department of State in 2012.
It is governed by a seven member volunteer board of directors, all of whom are appointed by the Saratoga County Board of Supervisors. The professional staff is led by the organization’s Chief Executive Officer, with support from legal Counsel and the Chief Financial Officer. Its experienced staff can expedite applications for assistance quickly and cost-effectively.
